Giving back to the community

Tideway wants to give something back to London communities, to support people and organisations in areas impacted by construction of the tunnel.

As well as engaging with communities close to sites during construction, we want to leave a lasting Legacy for London through community investment. Delivering these investment programmes, supported by volunteering from project staff, are among our specific Legacy Commitments.

Supporting communities will also help deliver the Tideway vision of re-connecting Londoners with the River Thames. Giving back to the community supports Tideway’s approach to setting high standards as a responsible business and Tideway is a proud member of Business in the Community (BITC), the responsible business network.
