Helpdesk information

If you have a question, you can speak to one of our friendly team members, and we'll do our best to help. 

Our 24 hr helpdesk is available to answer your questions about the project and help with any problems which may arise from our construction.

If we are unable to give you an immediate answer we will take your contact details and get back to you as soon as possible.

Our aim is to contact you within five working days. Some responses may take longer but in any event we will contact you within ten working days.

To help us deal effectively with your enquiry we may have to pass some of your details onto other members of staff, or our contractors.

If you need a telephone language interpreter, we will call you back with an interpreter the next working day, unless your query is urgent. Information is also available in braille and large print.

We are committed to minimising disruption to local communities and to ensure people living or working around our works are kept informed.
