What is the process to getting on site?
To get onto site you need to attend Central Onboarding Facility (COF) and EPIC -
COFEPIC
Once you have attended this day, you’ll need to attend your relevant site induction, you will receive your biometric site pass at the end of the site induction.
What is Central Onboarding Facility (COF)? How do I get booked on?
Onboarding is mandatory for those working on the Tideway Project. At the centre you will be checked for your right to work, sit a communications assessment, and complete a health surveillance questionnaire.
You can be booked on via the contractor you are working for on the Tideway Project.
What is EPIC? How do I get booked on EPIC?
EPIC is the Employer Project Induction Centre. It is a ground breaking health and safety training day that is mandatory for those working on the Tideway Project.

Is there parking available at COFEPIC?
No
I have been given a date to attend COFEPIC, but I do not know the timings. How can I find this information?
This information will be found on your joining instructions. If you have not been given any joining instructions, please ask your manager/company for them.
What do I need to bring?
Please refer to your joining instructions, this details what you need to bring for the COFEPIC day.
If you are a HGV driver attending
COFEPIC Logistics
, please ensure you bring your driving license & DCPC card, this is important as you need this to get your 7 hours of CPD.
Is the EPIC Logistics courses accredited for DCPC purposes?
Yes. HGV drivers will get their 7 hours of CPD credited to them.
